Odessa is only known for the hometown football team. The Panthers are one of the best football teams in Texas. The best player on the team suffers a terrible leg injury. Being a senior and being recruited by colleges he wants to play. Knowing his future is on the line he plays more games on a broken leg. After hurting it even more he sits out the next couple of games. The worry and the fear about not playing drives him to do every in his power to play football his senior year , and to play in college.
