Rough times

Author's Note- It is possible to get something out of the times you face.

Bo is an athletic beast training for an Ironman, a fierce competition to complete. Ironman is a 2.4 mile swim 112 mile bike ride and finishing off with a 26.2 marathon to finish. You will be a top athlete if you even dare to complete. With the hard times with his Dad, his family life and the hard school times he faces. But the novel written by Chris Crutcher you can learn the ways to work the negative and the positive to work it out and make it all right.

n Bo’s family life it is rough, taking his anger out by working out. At the same time he also takes it out at his teachers. Trying out for the football team and on the second day quitting and making a war between him and his coach. That makes the anger in Bo push him to expulsion in school. He takes it to the workouts at a local college and pushes his body to the limits. Being in perfect shape and built like a rock.
A main part is to stay positive and like Bo, he worked out to release his anger and that helped him calm down and get in good shape for the Iron man he wanted to complete. But the one thing he did a bad job of doing was having anger outbursts towards his teachers. That led him towards anger classes.
Bo completing the iron man showed a lot of heart and effort through the whole race. But it shows you can work out the bad and the negative to make it all right from the novel written by Chris Crutcher. Like Bo did in his amazing iron man completion.
